“May We Learn From The Earth How To Live In Balance And Right Relationship”

My name is Aubrey Gardner, I am a mother, earth guardian, folk herbalist, plant spirit oracle, ceremonialist, and healer..

I am trained in Plant Spirit Medicine, Regenerative living and Earth tending, Holistic Healing, and Ancestral Herbalism that is rooted in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing through the School of the Sacred Wild with my mentor Marysia Miernowska.

In June, I will begin my training in Physiological Postpartum Care with INNATE Traditions.

I am rooted on Tohono O'odham land what is now known as Tucson, Arizona.

Young Aubrey thought she would be a dentist.. I soon realized after years of trying to pursue k rigid college schooling, my soul was craving something more wild, ancestral, familiar even, whether I knew what that meant or not, I just knew that what I was doing wasn’t it. I let spirit lead me, and I got into land protection, conservation work, and learning and listening directly from the Earth herself. While working + sleeping in wild places for 4 days out of the week, my intuition grew and my ears opened to the whispers of the winds, the voices of my ancestors, the messages from the animal kin, and the spirits of the lands I was tending.

And so I began to receive visions from my ancestors of myself growing food and medicine, learning the ancient ways of living off the land, and teaching littles how to do the same. I was seeing myself create medicine with the plants.. I didn’t know about herbalism and traditional medicine, I was only familiar with Western medicine at the time. From then on, I have fully devoted myself to the reclamation of the ancient ways that have only recently been forgotten.

Creating medicine with the plants, cooking up food medicine in the kitchen, tending to my community, supporting mothers, and getting my hands dirty by planting my prayers into the seeds and watching them grow alongside me. It is a true honor to be in service to the Earth and those who are in need of healing.

I am a worshipper of the Earth Goddess herself.

I live my life in tune with the changing of the seasons and Grandmother Moon. They have taught me and continue to teach me all that I need to know to heal and transmute anything and everything.
