  • Aubrey provided an essential presence when I needed it most to work through some complex emotions following a sexual assault. We met over several sessions that began with singing and drumming- releasing tensions, helping me sink into a meditative inner rhythm. Then, together we co-created and envisioned a healing gathering. We imagined the closest women in my life coming together to build a flower mandala and encircle my home with candles, read poetry and end the night with a healing sound bath. That night of gathering affirmed my sense of safety surrounded by a community of women. A few weeks later, Aubrey came over again when I was ready to gather the dried flowers and complete a process that brought deep meaning and relief to my wounded heart. She attended to me like a doula cares for mothers- holding soft space, gently guiding and providing priceless presence...such a gift of time and true presence. This whole process has brought me so much inner healing and has set my heart free.
